RETURN POLICY:

We stand behind our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days to request a refund or replacement. We cannot accept items out of our return window.

After the product is received back and inspected for wear, a refund of the original purchase price or replacement will be issued on unused product.

Final Sale Items are not refundable; however, replacements will be issued in cases of manufacturing defects. 

ASSEMBLED or COATED products are CUSTOM and NONREFUNDABLE. However, we do guarantee every product we build and we test fire every rifle. We guarantee our workmanship for up to 30 days after receiving the item. Please CONTACT US if you have any issues with your rifle whatsoever!

Shipping costs are not refundable.

FIREARMS SHIPPING:

Firearms purchased online (anything serialized) will be shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We can only ship firearms to a licensed FFL in your state to ensure that all local laws and procedures are followed. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). You are encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase to ensure they will accept receipt of your firearm. If the FFL refuses to accept, your order will be automatically canceled. You will need to place the order again with another FFL.

GENERAL SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped and packaged within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. If there is an expected delay, we will contact you. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon creation of the shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the information to be updated on the postal carrier’s website. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, all of our packages are shipped with insurance coverage.

If your order contains damaged product, please notify us immediately and provide a photo of the packaging and damaged product so we can send out a replacement.

We reserve the right to combine multiple orders into one shipment as necessary; shipping refunds will not be issued in these instances.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

We cannot currently ship any products to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC, or Washington.

We cannot ship any rifle parts to the City of Denver (CO).

We cannot ship any complete firearms, Lower Receivers or Assembled Lower Receivers to California, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Boulder County (CO), Vail (CO), the City of Denver (CO)

We cannot ship any upper receivers to Delaware.

While we do ship completed uppers  to California, residents must ensure their firearm configuration complies with state laws (e.g., Penal code 30515 and California Code of Regulations Title 11, Division 5). You must remove or modify any non-compliant parts.

We cannot ship any pistols to Hawaii.

We cannot ship any FRT or Drop In Triggers to California, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Virigina and Oregon. This is SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME due to constantly changing laws.

We cannot ship any flash hiders/muzzle brakes to Delaware, Rhode Island, Maryland, or Hawaii.

While we ship flash hiders/muzzle brakes to California, residents must ensure their firearm configuration complies with state laws (e.g., Penal code 30515 and California Code of Regulations Title 11, Division 5).

We cannot ship and bolt carrier groups to California or Delaware.

We cannot ship any folding stocks to Delaware, Maryland, California.

We cannot ship any pistol grips or foregrips to California or Delaware.

We cannot ship any barrels to California or Delaware.

We cannot ship any barrels less than 16” to Hawaii.

We cannot ship any stocks to California.

We cannot ship any large capacity ammunition feed devices (over 10 rounds) to California, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Vermont (Rifles), Washington, City of Vail (CO), and the County of Boulder (CO).

We cannot ship any large capacity ammunition feed devices (over 15 rounds) to Colorado or Vermont (Handguns).

We cannot ship any large capacity ammunition feed devices (over 17 rounds) to Delaware.

We cannot ship any large capacity ammunition feed devices (over 30 rounds) to the City of Columbus, Ohio.

We cannot ship 80% Lower Receivers to Delaware, California, Rhode Island, Nevada, Maryland, City of Denver (CO), City of Vail (CO), County of Boulder (CO) or Hawaii.

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
